or submit your question using the Contact Us
Page.
What is HealthScan?
-
HealthScan is a computerized health
screening program designed to better meet the healthcare needs
of our community by making health screening readily assessable
in the workplace and, most importantly, making it affordable.
How do you collect information for the
HealthScan report?
-
Information such as, height, weight, and blood
pressure are taken as well as blood work drawn to include
cholesterol, electrolytes, and a complete blood count. The lab work
may be modified to meet the needs of your company. The information
is gathered by a member of our qualified nursing staff and the
information is then input into the program. With this the computer
completes a report tailored to each person addressing such areas as
Body Mass Index, smoking, alcohol use and cardiac risk factors
giving educational information specific to each person. Also
included in the report are lifestyle changes to hopefully live
healthier.
When are the reports available?
-
Within 2-3 business days online or within
2 weeks of the screening if a hard copy is requested. Included
with the HealthScan is a copy of all the lab work drawn and an
explanation of what each test means.
What will the HealthScan service cost?
-
Our rates are tailored to the needs of your
company. Please feel free to contact us for your rate quote.
I have over 1500 employees, is that a problem?
-
There are no limits as to the number of
employees and or screenings. HealthScan data will be available
for viewing one week after the data is collected.
